Report: Mariah Carey’s former manager is threatening to sue her for sexual harassment

by

ABC/Randy HolmesMariah Carey‘s former manager, Stella Bulochnikov, aka Stella Stolper, reportedly plans to sue the entertainment icon…unless she pays up.

According to TMZ, Stolper plans to sue Mimi for allegedly violating the U.S. Civil Rights Act, violating the Fair Employment and Housing Act and breach of contract.

Sources tell TMZ that Stolper’s lawsuit “involves a huge amount of money” which she claims the superstar has yet to pay her.

TMZ further reports that Stolper also plans to claim sexual harassment due to the fact that, she says, Mariah was always naked in front of her and allegedly did “sexual things in Stella’s presence.”

In addition, TMZ reports that Stella plans to claim that Mariah has a substance abuse problem and doesn’t properly take her meds for her recently revealed bipolar II disorder.

On top of that, Stolper alleges that she was fired in the middle of a three-year contract.

Stolper is “giving Mariah an opportunity to make things right,” reports TMZ, before actually filing the lawsuit.

A rep for Mariah told TMZ, “If this frivolous and baseless claim is filed, we will defend against it vigorously and successfully.”

You may recall that Mariah left Stolper to sign with JAY-Z‘s Roc Nation management and music publishing company in November.

As previously reported, a statement on behalf of Mariah and Stolper said that both parties believed it was “in their mutual best interest to part ways on day-to-day management.”
