In case you missed it, Rihanna made as surprise appearance at Miguel‘s Wildheart Motel art installation in Los Angeles over the weekend.

Fan footage capture Rih Rih taking part in karaoke renditions of Mary J. Blige‘s “Not Gon’ Cry” as the crowd cheered her on. At one point, she joined Miguel for a cover of the Temptations’ “My Girl,” according to Vulture.

The karaoke room was one of 21 rooms at a Baldwin Hills, California motel rented out by Miguel, who along with artist Willo Perron transformed the establishment into the Wildheart Motel complete with a polygraph room, a sex-therapy room, a body-part-cushion room and a booze room, among others, according to Vulture.

“Every room here is intended to give people something to talk about,” Miguel explained to Instagram Music. “I just wanted to create a space that gave people a moment — to just forget all of the reality-based walls that we built for ourselves and just have a good time.”
