Rihanna‘s name has been mentioned in a new lawsuit filed by a fired employee of Flynn Family Office, the company that manages RiRi’s money.

According to TMZ, a wrongful termination lawsuit claims that a former employee at the firm overhead the company’s partners saying that Rihanna was “hot because she’s not too dark,” just one of sexist and racist remarks that the suit alleges were made in regards to the firm’s various clients.

The firm, which also reps the likes of Kelly Ripa and Katie Holmes, is also accused of comments about sex tourism, the relative “hotness” of Asian women and comments about staff.

Meanwhile, the firm has already released a statement and claim that the lawsuit has no merit.  “We at FFO have always championed the rights of women and minorities, particularly in the workplace,”  said CEO Rick Flynn in a statement to the New York Post. “The complaint filed today is without merit, and we intend to defend vigorously against these baseless claims.”
