Power star Rotimi previously recorded four mixtapes and three EPs, and now he’s looking forward to being known for his music with the release of his debut studio album.

Titled All or Nothing, the 15-song project dropped Friday featuring the singles “What to Do” and “Decide.” Rotimi says the album name reflects his commitment to his music career.

“It’s how I feel about my situation. You gotta go hard or go home,” he tells Billboard. “We wanted to make something that I poured everything into. With the way we have it structured, the music, all of my talents and ideas it’s like, you might as well go crazy or don’t do it at all. Give everything you got.”

The 32-year-old singer/actor spent the last 18 months recording the album in his home studio.

“It was the first time I was ever able to focus on music for a long period of time because I’ve always been balancing the two, [acting and music]” Rotimi says. “For me it was like, ‘Go crazy. You got no excuses now, so go crazy. Do everything you said you wanted to do and create a project that people love.’”

Rotimi will appear in the upcoming House Party remake, and he wants fans to know more albums are coming.

“I’ll always do music,” he comments. “Basically, I’m betting on myself. I’m putting all my chips in and I can guarantee that I’ll win.”
