Amy Sussman/Getty ImagesWest Coast OG Snoop Dogg has released his new holiday album, Funky Christmas.

The two-track album is Snoop’s way of spreading love, light and holiday cheer. Yet he gave his longtime collaborator, R&B singer October London, the spotlight on the soulful ballad “The Greatest Gift.”

London emerged onto the music scene in 2017 after signing to Cadillacc Music, snoop’s joint label with Atlanta producer Jazze Pha. London also wrote the theme song for VH1’s hit series Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party.

Snoop has much more on the way. Musically, he’s working on his new albumTake It from a G, which is expected to arrive later this month.

Additionally, after his entertainingly epic commentary at the Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. fight last month, Snoop teamed up with the Triller social app to launch his own professional boxing league, dubbed The Fight Club. The trailblazing series will “put on both sanction fights and non-sanctioned fights” between celebrities, social media stars, musicians and professional athletes, as well as pro boxers, according to TMZ Sports.
