While making a guest appearance on the show, the Destiny’s Child singer will be seen talking with the program’s young artist hopefuls about the importance of keeping fit while aspiring to rap stardom.

“You start to think about how your body has to keep up with everything. You just have to make sure that it’s conditioned,” she says in an exclusive clip from website That Grape Juice

Kelly goes on,”You could be in three cities in one day. You could be in two countries in one day, which is what I’ve done before. And you have to be ready. You have to stay ready. And exercising does help with that,” she says, before introducing the group to her personal trainer, Mr. Shut Up and Train

The Rap Game, executive produced by Jermaine Dupri and Queen Latifah, highlights aspiring teen musical artists vying for a shot at stardom. Throughout their journey on the show, the young hopefuls are mentored by music industry icons.

Kelly’s episode airs tonight at 10 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
