Kierra Sheard has been chosen to lead the salute to the Clark Sisters at this year’s Essence Festival, an opportunity that Sheard is very excited about for obvious reasons!
“I’m soooooooo excited to be honoring my mommy and aunties, #TheClarkSisters, at the Essence Festival! #essenceFest Love them so much! Thanks @essence,” Kierra wrote on Instagram.
In addition to Sheard, Travis Greene, Tasha Paige Lockhart and Yolanda Adams will a part of the celebration to honor the Clark Sisters at the 2016 Essence Music Festival happening June 30th -July 3rd in New Orleans.
