A new accolade has just been added to the list of rewards received in Hollywood. It’s called the Reframe Stamp, in which was created by Reframe to recognize projects that have demonstrated success in gender-balanced hiring. More specifically, those projects are those that hire female-identifying people in four out of eight areas of the production world which include writing, directing, showrunning, producing, lead acting roles, season regular rating roles, department heads, and crew members.

62 Reframe Stamps were awarded this year and our favorites’, Shonda Rhimes, Issa Rae, Ava Duvernay, and Lena Waithe were all awarded. Congrats to these ladies for continuing to push the envelope in Hollywood.
