There are major flash flood emergencies in other Texas cities including Houston and Austin with stranded cars, flooded homes, and massive power outages.
Dallas/Ft. Worth is also bracing for more possible flooding. The Trinity River is at its highest since 2007 and the National Weather Service has extended flood advisories through Thursday or Friday.
