Taraji P. Henson reveals who she wants to play her parents on “Empire!”

We are just a few months away from season 2 of “Empire” and Taraji P. Henson says that her dream parents for Cookie would be a major reunion!

“My wish would be for Diana Ross and Billy Dee Williams to play my parents,” she said.

Ross and Williams starred together in the classic 70s movies “Lady Sings the Blues” and “Mahogany” and having them on the #1 show on TV would be explosive!

Season 2 of “Empire” premieres September 23rd on FOX!
