NBC has been hard at work looking for a replacement for Donald Trump on ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ and according to sources, Magic Johnson is on the short list.
Network executives want to replace Trump with a minority in light of remarks that he made about Mexican immigrants and Johnson totally fits that bill in that he is a very successful businessman and extremely charismatic on screen.
George Lopez is also in the list of possible replacements and while he is a TV personality, he has no business credibility which is needed since that’s what the show is about.
