Daytime TV has another African-American queen as Eve has officially joined ‘The Talk’ as its new host, the rapper/actress was hired by the CBS show to replace Aisha Tyler who left the past summer.
“I think what I’m looking forward to the most is showcasing my personality and who I am now as a woman” Eve said. “In my career, people know me from my music and I have done certain things in entertainment, but this is a different avenue for me.”
The Grammy winning rapper and ‘Barbershop‘ star joins the panel that already includes Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood.
