Kerry Washington is going from fixing scandals to being in the middle of a major scandal! Washington has signed on to play Anita Hill in HBO’s “Confirmation”, about the 1991 Clarence Thomas-Hill Supreme Court nomination hearings which had American glued to the TV as Anita Hill accused Thomas of sexual harassment.
Washington who is also a producer on the project will film during Scandal’s hiatus, no word yet on who will play Clarance Thomas.
