The October issue of Essence Magazine will feature Barack and Michelle Obama, in what will be their last Essence cover as President and First Lady.
The spread includes beautiful photos of the First Couple as well as the President reflecting on his eight years in the White House.
“Some of my fondest memories of the White House are just being with the girls on a summer night and walking the dogs around the South Lawn” he said. “Talking and listening to them, trying to get Bo to move because sometimes it’s hot.”
