Parkwood/ColumbiaWe’ve got a powerful new video from Beyonce to start your Thursday off right. She’s just dropped the black-and-white visual for “Sorry,” her in-your-face track about infidelity, from Lemonade.
The video also features Serena Williams, looking even more fierce than usual dressed in spike heels and a dark leotard from shoulder to hips. The tennis superstar prowls and dances through a palatial Southern mansion as Beyonce lounges on an ornate, throne-like chair and sings “I ain’t sorry, I ain’t sorry, n***** nah.”
The clip switches between the scenes in the mansion and other scenes on a bus, featuring those dancers painted in tribal designs we’ve already seen from other Lemonade visuals.
The “Sorry” video ends with Beyonce – painted gold, wearing a metal bustier and with her hair up in an Egyptian-like crown — singing that now-infamous line about “Becky with the good hair” as she stares into the camera.
Though it’s been out less than a day, as of 8:00 a.m. ET Thursday, the “Sorry” video already had well over four million views on YouTube.
