‘Abbott Elementary,’ Angela Bassett and more win big at 54th NAACP Image Awards

The 54th NAACP Image Awards, hosted by Queen Latifah, aired on BET Saturday night live from the Pasadena Civic Center Auditorium in Pasadena, CA.

The night’s big winners included Abbott Elementary, which picked up multiple awards including Outstanding Comedy Series; Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which nabbed Outstanding Motion Picture; and Angela Bassett, who took the top honor of Entertainer of the Year as well as Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series for 9-1-1.

Other winners included Will Smith for Emancipation, Viola Davis for The Woman King, P-Valley and more.
