Real estate sources tell TMZ that JAY-Z and Beyoncé are looking to purchase a 30,000 square foot mansion in the posh Los Angeles neighborhood.
The fully-furnished estate, reportedly in escrow with a price tag of $130 million, has more than enough space for the power couple, daughter Blue Ivy and newborn twins — whose arrival hasn’t been publicly confirmed.
Eight bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, four pools, a basketball court, paddle tennis court, spa and recording studio come with the magnificent manse.
Two sources tell the entertainment news site that Bey and JAY are willing to dole out $120 million, while another source claims that the duo are only willing to pay close to $90 million.
As previously reported, Beyoncé and JAY-Z have been searching in vain for their dream home, with a budget of $75 million, while currently renting a $400,000-a-month estate in Malibu for the summer.
