In the song,  posted on her official SoundCloud page, Chrisette slightly altered the lyrics to Tory’s tune, which samples Brownstone’s classic “If You Love Me.” At one point, Michele even incorporates the hook to Janet Jackson‘s “Any Time, Any Place.”

“Love this record SO I REMIXED IT!” tweeted Michele, who will release Steady Gang Mix February 27.

Meanwhile, Tory’s track has dominated Billboard‘s R&B/Hip-Hop airplay chart. The singer told the publication how he feels about the success. “Basically, this is the first song I created after being signed to Interscope. So for this to be the first record to pop…it’s actually the first time for a lot of things,” he says. “Everything has been fairly new. I just take it day by day — I know the record is big, and I hope it continues to grow.”
