Kelly Rowland tells People magazine that her most mortifying moment as a parent involved her two-and-a-half year-old son Titan Jewell catching her in the nude by accident.
She recalls, “Titan walked in the bathroom while I was coming out of the shower. And he just sat there and just kinda looked at my va-jay-jay, and he’s like looking at his [situation] and I was like ‘Can somebody get Titan out of the bathroom?'”
Kelly adds, “I can tell he was just wondering, ‘What is going on?'”
Nevertheless, Kelly says that she’s quite open with her child, revealing to the publication that her best quality as a parent is “the way we have our talks, our conversations.”
“I think that keeping the line of communication open with your child is just really, incredibly important,” she says.
Kelly’s first book, a parenting guide for new mothers titled Whoa, Baby!, is out now. She and husband Tim Witherspoon welcomed Titan in 2014.
