Chrissy Teigen & John Legend; Image Group LA/ABCLuna Stephens got quite the surprise this Wednesday when she saw her dad, John Legend, saying hello to her from a screen alongside Bert, Ernie, Big Bird and many other beloved characters from Sesame Street.
The “Ordinary People” singer appeared on the popular children’s TV show last year and filmed a special Instagram video message for Luna, but it’s only now that she’s seeing, as you can see via mom Chrissy Teigen‘s Instagram account.
Luna’s seen waving hi and happily pointing to her dad and the Sesame Street muppets as they say hello to her.
In the caption, Chrissy writes, “When John first posted this video to instagram, Luna had no idea what Sesame Street was. She was sick and couldn’t go to set when John was filming so all the characters made this video for her. This is her first time watching it and knowing how freaking epic it is.”
Luna, John and Chrissy have been enjoying a family vacation in Italy, chronicled by their recent Instagram pictures.
