Jason Merritt/Getty ImagesUntil now, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen had only treated us to a small peek at their new daughter Luna Simone, but now that she’s nearly a week old, the proud parents are giving us a better look.
On Wednesday, the 37-year-old “All of Me” singer shared a caption-less pic of the newborn — whose nickname is “Lulu.”
A day earlier, Chrissy, 30, and her mom, Vilailuck Teigen, both posted photos of of each other holding Lulu. “Hi my lulu,” the Lip Sync Battle star captioned a picture of herself wearing a black bra and leggings and holding the baby. The new grandma’s snapshot was captioned, “Lulu and me.”
Last month, Teigen told People magazine she and Legend wouldn’t shy away from sharing pictures of their daughter on social media.
“We’re not going to go out of our way to hide because obviously it’s such a big part of our lives to show everything: the inside of our homes, my parents living with us, our animals, everything,” she said. “I’m not going to do sneaky back shots of her or anything.”
