K. Mchelle is cooking up some heat for her third album. After debuting the lead single “Not a Little Bit” last week, the singer has teased fans with several video clips of songs that just might appear on her upcoming effort.
The singer took to her Instagram to upload six clips of two songs that were written for her female fans. “I DO THIS FOR MY LADIES, men if it’s not you SHUT UP. STOP CRYING. I DON’T WRITE THESE SONGS FOR YOU,” she wrote in the caption.
In her love-scorned record “These Men,” the singer calls out unfaithful lovers. “These men they just be laying hoes down. Guess I just done figured it out. There’s nothing I can do. They don’t know nothin’ bout love,” she sings.
On the ballad “I Wanna Fall,” she hopes for a whirlwind romance. “I wanna love like summer, I wanna love like spring. I wanna melt like snow in the winter. I wanna fall,” she sings.
It’s likely both records will appear on her next album, due out later this spring.
In related news, her new VH1 reality show came in at #6 in the top 100 highest rated cable shows on Monday night, according to her label. K. Michelle: My Life enjoyed a 7 percent increase in viewership from the series premiere in fall 2014.
