Jimmy Fontaine/Atlantic RecordsK. Michelle‘s More Issues than Vogue, released last week, is on pace to debut with modest sales, according to Hits Daily Double.
Industry forecasters suggest the singer’s third album will sell between 50,000-55,000 units its first week in stores. If that comes to pass, it would mark K. Michelle’s lowest sales start to date, following 2013’s Rebellious Soul and 2014’s Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart, which opened with 87,000 and 72,000 units, respectively.
The singer recently thanked fans for showing support. “I wanted to break out of the shell and create honest music that felt good! I’m so glad y’all love it! ” she wrote on Instagram.
The official sales figures will be available Sunday.
