Both singers visited the young patients at the hospital, passed out Amazon Kindle tablets and sang Christmas carols for a lucky few.

Ciara posted a video on Instagram that shows her and Kelly singing “Jingle Bells” to one of the children.

She writes in the caption, #JingleBells With @KellyRowland for Princess Erin. @MrBarryBlack on the guitar. What a special day!”

Ciara also tagged the Why Not You Foundation, founded by her husband Russell Wilson.

Kelly, meanwhile, posted two pictures to commemorate her and Ciara’s heartwarming hospital visit.

In one of the photo captions, she writes, “Thank you so much to @ciara & @seattlechildrens For having me! The smiles I saw yesterday made my heart smile! I had so much fun!!! Can’t wait to do it again! XO.”

This isn’t the first time Ciara’s paid a visit to Seattle Children’s.

As previously reported, the “Goodies” singer and Wilson spent the day before her birthday in October cheering up some of the kids.
