The new documentary Warrior Women with Lupita Nyong’o is set to debut on the Smithsonian Channel on March 28 at 8pm ET/PT. The doc features the Oscar-winning actress journeying across Benin, West Africa to uncover the true story of the women who helped inspire the Dora Milaje in Black Panther. The real-life all-female army fought for powerful kings in the 17th through 19th centuries and were known as the Agoji.

Leslie Jones will be joining the cast of Starz’ BMF for season two. The SNL alum will have a recurring role as the “smart and calculating” Federal Agent Tracy Chambers. She’ll join returning stars Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr., Da’Vinchi and Russell Hornsby. The series, produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, has yet to announce a return date.

Regina King has been named as one of the official co-chairs for this year’s annual Met Gala, according to Vogue. Lin-Manuel Miranda, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds will be co-chairing alongside the Oscar-winning actress when the prestigious fashion event takes place on the first Monday of May at New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.
