Megan Thee Stallion took Beautiful Mistakes to a whole new level, says Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine

Emilio CoochieFans are gushing over Megan Thee Stallion‘s guest appearance on Maroon 5‘s new single, Beautiful Mistakes.” 

During an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, the group’s lead singer Adam Levine said Megan’s rap-singing flow took the song “to a whole new level.”

“To be honest, it actually shows this new kind of branch of what she does, and this new versatility that she’s going to show everybody right now,” Levine explained. “That’s a side of her I had never really heard yet. It’s one of those great songs that I think kind of continues to build. And the way she built her part…it couldn’t have been a more epic kind of climax for the song. I mean, it really is absolutely perfect. What she did was just miraculous, and it brought the song to a whole new level.”

On “Beautiful Mistakes,” Adam Levine reimagines life with his ex on the pop-rock collaboration, while Megan admits she has no interest in entertaining someone from her past.

“You did me wrong ’cause I let you / Usually, I like my situations beneficial / Doin’ something different, got me lookin’ stupid / The only way I’m comin’ back to you is if you dream it, lucid,” Megan raps.

After the song’s release, fans flooded Megan’s Twitter with tons of praise and many now call her their bestie. 

“Hey bestie,” wrote one fan, while another said, “Hey bestie, you are amazing [I love you.]”

Fans are also drooling over Megan The Stallion’s black and white underwear campaign with Calvin Klein, which she shared on social media. “The Hottie for @calvinklein spring 2021,” tweeted Megan.
