Trae Patton/NBCPharrell Williams‘ latest song, “Crave,” comes from the forthcoming Hidden Figures: The Album soundtrack, which will be available everywhere on December 9.
The soulful track talks about craving victory and success in the midst of hard times, which is the primary theme behind Hidden Figures.
The film tells the true story of three female mathematicians, portrayed by Empire‘s Taraji P. Henson, Janelle Monae and Octavia Spencer, who were integral to the success of the first NASA space missions.
Pharrell serves as one of the producers of the film, which will open Christmas Day.
