Jay Z and Beyonce are said to have found a new home on the West Coast.
TMZ reports the couple are now renting the palatial $45-million house in Los Angeles’ Holmby Hills that was owned by ex-L.A. Dodgers owner Frank McCourt. The home was sold to a British billionaire and sat vacant for a year before he decided to lease the home for $150,000 a month.
The gossip site reports that the couple rented the 20,000-square-foot home home for one year. It features an indoor Olympic-sized pool complex and an outdoor pool with a waterfall and formal gardens.
