Rihanna just tied a record with three music legends. Her song “Work” became her 27th top-10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, tying Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson and Elton John for the fifth-most top-10s in the chart’s history. The song debuted at number nine.

According to Billboard, the only artists with more top-10s since the chart was created in 1958 are Madonna, with 38; The Beatles, with 34; Michael Jackson, with 29; and Stevie Wonder, with 28.

Not only did Rihanna join an exclusive club of hitmakers, she also reached 27 top-10 hits faster than any other solo artist. It took her just 10 years and eight months between her first hit “Pon De Replay” and “Work,” the first single from her new album, ANTI. Only one musical act has reached that total faster: The Beatles did it in five years, three months and three weeks.
