Four sixths of one of the most iconic R&B groups will return to the stage this month: New Edition‘s Ronnie DeVoe, Bobby Brown, Ricky Bell and Michael Bivins will launch a second leg of their tour under the name RBRM

RBRM will embark on their 4 the Love of It tour April 26. The trek will make its way to a handful of select cities including New York, Atlanta and Orlando, before wrapping July 26 in Cincinnati.

While fans can expect to hear smash hits like “Every Little Step” and “Poison” live in concert, the quartet is also prepping to release new music under their new moniker.

“We’ve recorded one song, it’s called “Move, Go,” Bell revealed to ABC Radio. “And, hopefully we’ll drop it sometime during the tour.”

He added: “It’s a song that’s high energy, it’s reminiscent of what we’ve been doing. But it’s got a new bounce to it.”

The pioneering boy band also shared that they intend to come together once again as New Edition.

“We break off in different forms. And, I think you’ve seen just about every combination that we can possibly put together,” Bell said.  “So, we’ll definitely Voltron up and bring the whole crew back together. We’re looking forward to that.”

But if you ask Brown, the group’s 40-year career still feels like a dream.

“We didn’t think that this was gonna last as long as it has,” Brown said. “And we just appreciate our fans.  They have accepted blood, sweat and tears to be here. They are showing up at all the concerts and it’s just been a blast.”

Tickets for 4 the Love of It tour are now available for purchase via Ticketmaster.
