While Teyana Taylor‘s shocking reveal as the season 7 winner of The Masked Singer comes as a surprise to many, those who love and follow the superstar entertainer most likely realize that this accolade is just another she adds to her list of “wins.” Taylor says she had to come out of retirement to be unveiled as the firefly on Wednesday night’s finale but before announcing her departure from music last year, the singer-songwriter, producer, director, actress and choreographer already had a growing list of accolades, accomplishments and recognitions. Here’s a list of just a few of them:

–Teyana had been making moves since she was young. At just 15, she was credited as a choreographer on Beyoncé‘s hit 2006 single “Ring the Alarm.” According to Cosmopolitan, Bey was so impressed with the young star’s moves, she asked Teyana to teach her the chicken noodle soup, a New York dance which Teyana is credited with helping go viral.

–In 2017 Teyana took home the MTV Video Music Award for Best Choreography for her sultry and much-appreciated performance in Kanye West‘s “Fade” video. She appeared at the show sporting a white, fitted crop-top, black wide-leg pants, and bob-like hairdo, similar to Janet Jackson‘s 1995 VMA look.

–Her 2020 BET Award win for Video Director of the Year helped prove Teyana’s abilities both in front of and behind the camera. Operating under the moniker Spike Tey and alongside her female-led production company, The Aunties, Teyana released a few self-directed videos and projects including “Made It” for 2020 school graduates.

–What she might consider her most-prized “win” is her marriage to professional basketball player, Iman Shumpert in 2016 and the birth of her two daughters, Junie and Rue Rose Shumpert in 2015 and 2020, respectively.

Congrats on all the wins, Teyana!
