ABC RadioTLC and En Vogue have been tapped to perform at the 2019 Grammy Celebration, the annual awards ceremony’s exclusive after-party.
Billed as “one of the year’s most anticipated events,” guests at the party are expected to include Grammy winners, nominees, industry executives and more. The 2019 Grammy Celebration is slated to take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center immediately following the prestigious awards show on February 10.
“It’s a…rare opportunity for all of us in the music community to celebrate triumphs and milestones together, complemented by a handcrafted menu and even more unforgettable performances featuring some of our most esteemed talent following the Grammy Awards telecast,” Neil Portnow, President of the Recording Academy, said in a statement.
So far, En Vogue has just one other show booked for 2019: a March 31 date in Arizona. TLC has two shows booked: an April concert in Temecula, CA, and a June show in Orlando, FL.
Meanwhile, TLC is represented on this week’s Billboard Top 10 by alt-rock band Weezer, whose new release The Teal Album features a cover of “No Scrubs.”
