ABC RadioTLC is riding high thanks to the release of their final self-titled album.
The collection is #1 on Billboard‘s Top Independent Album charts. It also landed on the Billboard R&B Album chart at #2 and at #1 on the Top 40 R&B Albums chart in the U.K.
The self-titled disc is the group’s first in 15 years and was made possible thanks to fans and fellow celebrities, like Katy Perry, who helped finance it via Kickstarter.
Since Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes’ death in 2002, TLC’s Chilli and T-Boz have continued as a duo, and are currently headlining the I Love The ’90s — The Party Continues tour.
