Diddy has just kicked off a new political party aimed at Black voters to “help advance a political agenda that addresses the needs of Black people.” But there will be no Our Black Party candidate running in the 2020 presidential election. Instead, according to the rapper in a series of tweets, “The NUMBER ONE priority is to get Trump out of office. HE HAS TO GO. We can’t allow this man to continue to try and DIVIDE US.” While Diddy has been critical of the Democrats in the past, he will support Joe Biden, adding that this party will “hold him accountable” once in office.
