Usher is unloading real estate at a record pace.
He just sold a 3-bedroom home in Atlanta for $775,000. The spot is in a good location close the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
This is the third property Usher has sold in the last year. Someone bought his 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom spot in Alpharetta, Georgia last August and he got rid of his spot in Hollywood last November.
