It looks like Facebook has another controversy on it’s hands, and this time it centers around the black employees of the company.
The Black employees at Facebook have written an open letter accusing Facebook of having a racist culture and getting worse for those that aren’t white.
The letter, which was written by 12 employees, also has screenshots of racist posts on the workplace community app made by other employees. This is not looking good for Facebook. For these employees to come together and write this open letter, things had to be pretty bad for them.
Mark Zuckerberg has yet to comment on the letter.
