T.I. aka the ‘Kang’ of the South recently celebrated his 40th birthday. In an interview with Men’s Health, he shared his healthy regiment. He works out 3 to 5 days a week from his home gym. In 2016 he became a pescatarian giving up red meat and chicken and only eating fish. He said, just because you’re over 40 don’t mean you gotta look like it. Have you considered a major dietary change?
