Teenagers at a Juvenile Detention Center in Chicago are suing Empire. The center was used to shoot last season’s first episode. They claimed they were put on lockdown for two weeks so the series could be shot. They claim they had no access during that time to the yard, library and chapel. Also, family visits were shut down. They’re actually suing FOX, Cook County and the warden. Read here.
