It’s back to normal in Dallas starting today! The Houston Street Viaduct will reopen at 9:00 a.m. allowing traffic to flow from downtown Dallas into Oak Cliff, the bridge had been closed for construction of the Oak Cliff streetcar line.
The Jefferson bridge lane will be closed until July 13th when it will reopen as a one way route from Oak Cliff to downtown Dallas.
