Beyonce‘s self-titled album is expected to remain atop the Billboard 200 chart for a second week, following her 617,000 sales start this week.
According to Billboard, industry forecasters suggest the album could sell between 260,000 and 280,000 copies during the week ending Sunday, December 22. The projected figures includes the physical copies of her album as well as the digital downloads.
If those estimates are accurate, Beyonce’s fifth studio project will have sold a cumulative total of 877,000 copies in the U.S. — making it among the 20 biggest-selling albums of 2013. As it currently stands, her project is ranked #24 on the year’s best-seller list.
The new Billboard 200 will be revealed on Thursday, December 26.
