Beyonce‘s self-titled visual album has remained at the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart this week, selling an additional 373,803 units in its second week of sales.

According to the publication, this was the first full week of availability for both physical and digital copies of Bey’s fifth solo project, which has moved more than 991,000 units overall in its first 10 days of release. The album is the 12th biggest-selling album of 2013 and has the potential to crack the top ten with one final sales week remaining in 2013.

“People experience music differently,” Beyonce recently said in the mini-documentary series she’s been posting to YouTube. “Now people only listen to a few seconds of a song on their iPods. They don’t really invest on a whole album. It’s all about the single and the hype. There’s so much that gets between the music and the artist and the fans. I felt like, I don’t want anybody to give the message when my record is coming out. I just want this to come out when it’s ready from me to my fans.”

Elsewhere on the chart, Eminem‘s The Marshall Mathers LP 2 climbs from #8 to #6, selling approximately 115,000 units this week. The project has sold more than 1,605,000 copies overall.
