DALLAS SALON GETS FINE $1,000 FOR OPENING OVER THE WEEKEND

Dallas businesses are opening back up during the pandemic, but not every business is open. Over the weekend two businesses were fined $1,000 for opening too early and violating emergency regulations during the coronavirus. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s orders allowed some Dallas businesses, like restaurants, movie theatres to reopen at 25% capacity. Those that reopened that are considered nonessential were not allowed to reopen until the second phase of reopening come May 18th
