FEDERAL APPEAL STOPS TEXAS FROM GIVING INMATES HAND SANITIZER OR FACE MASK

With no vaccine out to help all Americans, it’s apparently been a tough decision to offer extra care to inmates in Texas. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice wants to provide hand sanitizer and face-mask to all inmates in prison, but a Federal Appeal court has halted this decision. This appeal temporarily blocks the U.S. District Judge Keith Ellison’s order until it reviews the case. Judge Keith Ellison says this can be an easy case to win, seeing as so many inmates have been infected with this virus, and some department have even been sued do to the lack of care for the prisoners.
