As she gears up to release her third album, More Issues than Vogue, K. Michelle has announced a concert special called A Night With K. Michelle, airing on VH1 later this month.
The singer shared the good news on her Instagram page. “‘A Night With K. Michelle‘ airs March 21 on @VH1. God will make room for your gift,” she wrote. “Just a country girl from Memphis, TN, who had a dream.”
The signer adds she’s in a good space. “I’m so engulfed in the positive week I’m having the negativity and comparisons be irrelevant! I’ve been rapping, singing, yodeling, playing piano, and guitar for years,” she wrote. “It’s just finally being showcased to the world. I’m excited.”
Michelle then promised more surprises are on the way: “Rebels the next 3 months are going to be amazing! Just MUSIC all over. I strive to be great with the music I create, and really give them something to hate! I’m in my zone now! The people’s champ.”
You can expect her upcoming album, More Issues Than Vogue, to arrive March 25.
In related news, K. Michelle’s also holding an album release concert at New York City’s Webster Hall; tickets are on sale now for $35 each. “I want ALL of my Rebels in the building!” she wrote.
