Kanye West‘s Wyoming ranch is on the market and if you want to scoop it up, it’ll only cost you a cool $11 million.
The ranch, located near Cody, Wyoming, is just one of the rapper’s properties in the area and boasts over 4,000 acres of land, according to TMZ. In addition to the home and land, the property comes with a host of other amenities including eight lodging units, two freshwater lakes, a restaurant, an event center, meeting facilities, horse barns and corrals.
While $11 million is a hefty sum of money, it’s actually a steal of a price considering that TMZ reports that when Ye bought the property, the asking price was $14 million. However, whether he paid that or not was not confirmed.
West may be saying goodbye to one property but that doesn’t mean he’s downsizing his real estate portfolio. Just last month, it was reported that he dropped close to $60 million on a beachfront Malibu mansion.
