For many, Thanksgiving represents the most delicious holiday, but its especially fun for those like K. Michelle, who actually enjoys preparing holiday meals for her family.
“I love to cook,” she tells ABC News Radio. “That’s the reason I need to move, I’m moving [to] have a bigger kitchen.”
So what does she need on her plate for the holiday to be satisfying? The singer prefers to keep it traditional. “I’m simple I just want my regular turkey and dressing, honey baked ham, potato salad, macaroni, yams, some butter rolls,” she says.
For desert, the diva already knows exactly what she’s craving. “And, you know, home made peach cobbler, maybe home made vanilla ice cream,” she says. “That’s a great Thanksgiving.”
The singer will have Thanksgiving day off before resuming her Rebellious Soul tour alongside Sevyn Streeter on Friday November 29 in Cleveland. The trek ends on December 3 in Boston.
