Miguel Releases Video for Travis Scott-Assisted Waves (Remix)

ABC/Randy Holmes

Earlier this month, Miguel performed for his “Waves” remix alongside Travis Scott during the singer’s Wildheart Motel art installation event in Los Angeles. Now, the singer has released a video of their first time performing the song together.

In the live video clip, the singer and Scott rock the crowd from roof of the seedy motel, backed by a full band. At the beginning, Miguel asks: “You know you can die, why not live?”

“Don’t stop, I want to ride that wave/All night I want to ride that wave,” Miguel sings while Trav offers up a clever verse: “Right now I might pull up on ya on my surfboard like I’m Kelly Slater.”

The remix, produced by Cash Dillon, marks Michel and Trav’s first collaboration.
