ABC/Randy HolmesThe weekend is here and with it SZA‘s new music video for her hit track, “The Weekend.”
The Solange Knowles-directed visual captures the Grammy-nominated star showing off dance moves in various locations, including what appears to be a parking lot and on the balcony of a nondescript grey building.
Of course, the video also includes Solange’s artsy touch, reminiscent of her own “Cranes in the Sky” music video.
“The Weekend” is featured on SZA’s debut album, Ctrl and is nominated for the Best R&B Performance Grammy award.
The 60th annual Grammy Awards will be presented January 28th at New York’s Madison Square Garden and broadcast live on CBS.
