Trump Extends Social Distancing Guidelines to April 30th

by

Originally, President Trump stated two-weeks ago, that would have end today, that there will be a 15-day guideline in order to set ease and control the spread of coronavirus. However, with the increase of cases in the country, it has pushed these guidelines back to April 30th. Trump decided to extend these guidelines on Sunday because it is a possibility that our country could hit the peak of coronavirus cases in 2-weeks. The social distancing guidelines state that there should be groups with no more than 10 people, public gatherings are restricted, and suggest that elderly people stay in their homes since they are likely at risk. It is projected that we will be back to normal by June 1st.
