Paras Griffin/Getty ImagesThe rumors plaguing Wendy Williams‘ marriage to Kevin Hunter have reportedly come to a head: The talk show host has filed for divorce, People magazine reports.

A source tells the publication that Williams filed for divorce from her longtime partner and manager on Thursday after more than two decades of marriage. The media vet and Hunter wed back in 1997, and share a son, Kevin Jr.

A representative for Williams’ show told ABC News in a statement: “Wendy and her family have been a part of [the TV syndication company] Debmar-Mercury for over 10 years. We respect their privacy regarding personal matters. As always, we remain committed to bringing an entertaining and topical show to our viewers.”

The news of Williams’ divorce follows a few difficult weeks for the media personality, who recently revealed that she’d been living in a sober house.

Earlier this month, it was rumored that Hunter’s alleged mistress had reportedly given birth to his child.

In addition, Williams took an extended hiatus from her talk show earlier this year, which she said was due to a fractured shoulder and her ongoing battle with Graves’ disease.

Williams has yet to confirm the report, or comment on the matter.
